Its gelatinous texture is derived from the entirely saliva based, swift bird's nest from which it is made. The bird's nest history can be traced back to China's Tang Dynasty nearly 1,500 years ago (A.D. 618-907)

Dynesty was founded by two Singaporeans Maggie and Xenon - who saw a huge problem in the bird's nest market where most options are just gimmicks made of low bird's nest concentration and lots of sugar.
