Returns
Our policy lasts 7 days. If 7 days have passed since your purchase, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unopened with the seal intact and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Refunds
We have a 30-day money-back guarantee for our products. If you don't feel like our product is not working for you within 30 days of purchasing the product, we will offer you a full refund with the remaining unopened bottles (if there are still any left) returned to us. 
The refund amount will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at hello@dynesty.co.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, email us at hello@dynesty.co and we will respond as soon as we can.

Shipping
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

How much is the processing fee?
Exchanges and returns will be charged at a flat rate of $15 per bottle of bird's nest and a courier will be arranged to facilitate the exchange or return.

*The processing fee of $15 per cancellation/refund is due to the payment processing fee our merchant charged us which we're unable to get a refund for.
